Try a line of volumizing hair products. Or mash up avacado with olive oil and leave it in your hair for 30 minutes, then wash it out with the shampoo. The fat in the avacado will strengthen and volumize your hair, and the oil will moisturize it. Repeat this process about 2-3 times a week.

Don't bleach it or dye it anymore. Go to a hair stylist and ask them. Thats really rough on your hair. Good luck!

Thinning hair?

bleaching your hair seriously dries it out and essentially kills it. Since you did it twice, you killed it twice as much. Buy a shampoo that says on the bottle that it is for 'processed' and 'damaged' hair. This should help with the dryness and prevent more of it from coming out. As for the rest of it, get a really cute short haircut and wait for it to grow out again.

or, if you have the money, get a weave or extensions.

this sounds weird but it works for me

about once a month or so

pour a bottle of beer on your hair then shampoo and condition as usual!

it is great!

Thinning hair?

Bleaching is bad especially if you did it yourself. However, keep in mind that thining and breakage are not the same thing. If it's coming out at the root that is thining and it may be a genetic predisposition. Everyone's hair falls out, hundreds of them daily. The important question is, "Is it growing back". If yes, you're safe. It's when it stops growing back you'd have a problem.

If it is breaking it is awfuly late for your hair to start retaliating so long after the jobs. So many people have colored and bleached their own hair at some point in their lives and what has happened to you is definitely not common. Dr's can tell you the right vitamins to take for healthy hair, but you really should go see a professional stylist (no that doesn't mean Hair Cuttery) and have them check it out. People can't see your hair on here. If your hair is falling out I'd suggest you invest the money to go see a professional.
