My hair is wavy and think, i have tried moouse but my hair just get poofy and crunchy, gel is sticky and crucnhy i have tried almost everything i need help help me?

After washing your hair, apply a hair serum and then use a good mouse all over your hair, you must cover it completely and use a good brand like Aussie. You can take a blow dryer to your hair for just enough time to set the mouse. For added control you can add gel. I have the same hair type this works pretty good.

instead of moose try a scrunching serum. it wouldnt feel crunchy and the wet look would still be there

Try 'surf' hair products to achieve that wet beachy look. You can try one of my personal favorites Fredricks or Garnier Fructice. They have a collection of surf hair products, which wont make your hair look poofy and crunch, or even sticky.

don't ever use mouse, gel or hairspray- hairspary should only be used lighty as a finishing spray. Let your hair air dry ( i find it best to shower at night and let it dry over night) it brings out the waves- then take a curling enhancer i use biloage and love it! and smooth it lightly over your hair to fight frizz. than take a little more, spread evenly in your palms, and scrunch from your bottom up. then if you need use some texture twist to get some of the unwavy pieces and then finish with a light coat of hairspray- the finish is natural, light, and not crunchy at all- and it takes less than 8 minutes! let me know if you need any further details, or product information- the product you use makes a big difference!

AT A BEAUTY SUPPLY STORE GET LOTTABODY SETTING LOTION AND GET HAIR SO SHINE GEL AND A THEN GET A GOOD HAIRSPRAY LIKE HAIR NET. WASH UR HAIR AND DONT USE CONDITIONER ONLY SHAMPOO. USE A TOWEL TO WRING OUT EXCESS WATER. WITH UR HAIR STILL WET APPLY THE LOTION ALL OVER HAIR THEN TAKE SOME GEL AND APPLY AFTER THAT SPRAY WITH HAIR SPRAY AND SCRUNCH HAIR. WRAP UR HAIR IN A TOWEL 4 20MINS. THEN WITH A DEFUSSER ATTACHED 2 UR BLOW DRYER SRUNCH UP HAIR AND DRY WITH COOL AIR. APPLY MORE GEL AND SPRAY AS NEEDED.

Have you ever considered good old fashioned brylcream . It will give you a slick look and might be better than more modern hair products. I like the wet look on a lady too.
