Whats worse for you hair?

Blowing drying your hair everyday or putting in a lot of hairspray and gel in your hair everyday?

Whats worse for you hair?

putting in a lot of hairsprays and gel in your hair .

Whats worse for you hair?

both are pretty bad.

if you do these, once a week do a hair mask.

u'll b fine

Whats worse for you hair?

i say blow drying, because the heat dries hair so bad. if you are using good shampoo and conditioner, the hairspray and stuff should cause alot of damage although it does cause some

Whats worse for you hair?

gel and hair spray everyday make you go bald..and blow dryers dry your hair out completely.

Whats worse for you hair?

You can wash the gel and the hairspray right out with a good clarifying shampoo and you should ALWAYS do so right after your day ends.

But Heat Styling of any kind, blow-drying, curling irons, hot rollers, pressing combs, crimping irons, flat irons/reamers, well...the damage of over-heating and burning your hair everyday (even on lowest setting) is done. Heat styling should be done as little as you can possibly can. (I prefer to do it everyday but I don't because I have really soft, weird hair, it's curly but it's fine so it will break easily).

Damage cannot really be "undone" as simply or as easily with HEAT. Heat can burn your hair or break it off or just make it very weak.

Strong or hard Styling products, like gel and hairspray can do the same thing if OVER-applied (and most of us do) and if you were yank or brush or comb hair hard with the product on it. But still...in all probability the hair is going to be fine if you wash immediately at the end of the day. (Same as you would with makeup, you apply it but it's better to Wash it Off at day's end so your pores don't get clogged, skin get oily or you pay later with a pimple)

Whats worse for you hair?

Blowdrying your hair everyday and not using heat product. Using hairspray and gel is not bad if you are using good products and deep cleansing once a week to prevent a buildup.
