I have already tried several mousses (Pantene, Finesse, Tresseme), I hate most gels because they leave my hair crispy, and most recently I've tried KMS California gel/cream and FrizzEase Dream Curls Spray, neither of which worked for me.

I would say it depends on if you have any wave or curl
