I am also asian and have had trouble getting my hair curly since it's naturally straight. This is the best thing that has worked for me.

Before you go to bed, take a shower and then dry the excess water from your hair. Put your hair in a braid and go to sleep. In the morning undo the braid and your hair will look like beach-messy curls. To make sure they hold in place, use a mousse or hairspray (ex. Paul Mitchell Conditioning Mousse, or Sebastian Shaper Plus).

If that doesn't work, your next best bet is using a curling iron. It may be time-consuming but it works! Be sure to use some type of styling aid afterwards also. Good luck!

I don't know how but ask a hair stylest. They probably have things to make your hair stay a REAL long time! =] And whats the problem with asian hair? Asian hair can do mostly ANY hairstyle!

  1. Why the hell do asian girls all want to have curly hair? And not to mention excessive dyeing?
