Gel nails dilemma.....?

have gel nails and they look fabulous (french manicure), but the problem is that there are tiny(as thin as hair) cracks on the gel nail.....why is this?

Gel nails dilemma.....?

IF IT IS AN ACRYLIC GEL YOU HAVE THEN THE LAYER IS TOO THIN AND THAT'S IS HOW THE CRACKS APPEAR , IF IT IS A DIFFERENT GEL THEN THEY ARE NOT USUALLY GOOD-THEY ARE STILL GELS THAT BECOME PLASTIC ONCE THEY DRY BUT THE MOLECULE BOND ARE REALLY RIGID AND NOT ELASTIC SO EVEN IF LETS SAY YOU TYPE FOR A WHILE THEY CAN CRACK. MAKE SURE YOU USE ACRYLIC AND THAT THE LAYER IS AT LEAST A MILLIMETER OR A MM AND 1/2.

Usually this occurs when the top coat (the clear Nail Polish) cracks. Use a non- accetone nail polish remover and gently remove the top coat of nail polish then apply a Clear Polish over the top.

Whenever I have seen this it has never been the gel cracking but always the nail poilsh top coat
