Oh, yes. I remember them. We used to twist their hair up into buns and put pencils in their hair to hold the buns up. Nothing very tortorous, but it was fun at the time.

Trolls were very big when I was in middle and high school. And yeah people did all sots of things to them including hit cuts and styles, some folks tied them up in lockers and used them as stress dolls. I just had them around for fun.
