Dry dull hair?

Hey i have kinda dry and dull hair, maybe from my use of years of hairspray and flat ironning. How do i make my brown hair to look darker and shinnier without gel or anything?

Start with a leave in conditioner, then before using flat iron, use a heat protection spray, finish with a small amount of shine spray (not too much or it will make your hair look oily)

so i get the dry nasty hair from the water all the time. plus being out in the sun so much.

because you have dry hair you should do treatments once a week. it will help your hair to stay shiny , sofy and luxorious. to make it darker, you could dye your hair or use shampoos and conditioners for what you want it for. hope i helped!

Try a deep conditioning product that you put in your hair after you wash it. my mom uses one buy the company called "quantum". She had really bad hair and it made it stronger and healthier. Its in a light brown or tan bottle.

Take fish oil supplements. Use vinegar in the water you rinse your hair with. It helps keep it shiny.

Heeeyyyy!!! Just use warm olive oil and use that as a hot oil treatment, then as much as it hurts(believe me , its been 4 months for me now) LAY OFF the hot hair tools: meaning: find some natural styles that you can deal with, your hair needs some rest and the dryness is its way of telling you. I would wait like 2 or 3 weeks without ironing or hairspray or stuff that damages your hair. You have to let your hair get healthy again. But you can also get a hair product that may help it like moisturizing cream or some other products. =)

I would use a DEEP CLEANSING just to get all of the hairspray and other things you put in your hair. No more then once a week. Then also you want to DEEP CONDTION it so it stays soft and healty. And when you STRAIGHTEN your hair, have a straighting product so your hair wont be dryed/fried as much.
