Perm, and hair damage?

so i'm asian, and i had the veryy striaght tamed typical asian hair. i was kind of tired of it, and i made a big mistake and went and got a curl perm around thanksgiving. i've tried putting a lot of like gel and stuff in my hair to try to get the frizz out,but trtuh be told i really dont like it at all. so i bought the ghd straightner from sephora and i've been using almost everyday. the ends of my hairs are like DYING.

would it be less damaging to my hair to just get annother perm to straighten my hair? [this requires a lot of chemials and stuff]

or continue to straighten it with an iron?

Perm, and hair damage?

This all depends Perms don't last forever but by the sounds of things your not going to want to wait forever.

Straightening hair is very damaging over a period of time however you can buy products that protect your hair and slow down the damage it can do.

Getting your hair chemically straightened does alot of damage very quickly and the only way to reduce the damage is by using deep conditioners.

It's a hard choice because either way your hairs going to be damaged in some way, however there is different ways of slowing down and reducing the damage which ever way you choose.
