ok my hair is a strawberry blonde and im getting it highlights a light carmel. i put straighting gel n my hair and i straightn it. i use pantene blonde expressions shampoo and conditioner. is there any thing that i would have to change? like stop straightning my hair...... ect. please explain!

If you're only using a gel to straighten your hair , that shouldn't be damaging . Heat is the thing that is most damaging ,also the sun.
