from what i'm hearing, your hair is naturally unmanageble.

if you want it pin straight, your safest bet is to get it chemically straightened.

then you'll need to maintain it with a weigh-down shampoo; frizz serum; and straightening cream/ styling gel.

however, i would NOT recommend this if your hair is thin, or damaged.

unfortunately, no shampoo will fix frizzy hair. thermal straitening will but when it grows you'll have a reverse-perm effect going on (growing out curly instead of straight). my advice? shampoo and condition with moisturizing/no frizz products, towel dry your hair, spray with a heat-protecting spray, blowdry straight and straighten with a good ceramic straightener. i do it every day... it sucks, but i'm more comfortable with that routine then taking the risk of thermal straightening.
