I have really straight hair, and ive done all the body tips, and used hair dryers, and styling glues, but my hair absorbs the gel, or it just quits working. No matter how much i do, i just cant seem to keep a great feathered look in it, or give it a good lifted look. Can someone give me some tips?

Get an ur hair wet and then take a blow dryer and dry your hair that way.first ring the water out then blow dry it and add a little moose.Then that should do it!

have you tried volumizing shampoos.... they worked for me and they make it look natural!!!!!!!

Try using a small amount of a good styling clay. There is a really good one coming out from Aveda in the new mens line on July 9. I got to model it and it worked really well.
