What the best way to curl your hair without getting a perm???

I have naturally straight hair and i like to curl it but most things i try never work, the curls tend to drop out. Are curling irons best? and should i use hair mousse, wax, gel etc. to help keep it in?

after you shower and your hair is towel dried and still damp, put mousse in your hair and work it through to the ends. now blow dry your hair and it will be very flexible with what you want to do!!! you can take a curling iron and do your thing and the curls will stay! if youd rather use hot rollers, then use those instead, but with the product dried into your hair it will give it a whole new personality so you can style it however! trust me, my hair is super flat, NO wave at all and its incredibly thin.... but I do this and I get instant body and styleability!

I use mousse in my hair. Try using a curling iron and hair spray. That may work! Good luck!

i would get a perm..with the orange rods...they are about the biggest rod. it's not going to be tight and it will last a while. keep up on your trims. it's less time you will spend on a curling iron. trust me it will be less time..

what i do is put gel when my hair is wet, let it dry some, then put it up using a chopstick, making sure that the ends are coiled. when my hair is totally dry, i take the chopstick out and voila, instant curls

Stick your finger in a light socket. If that doesn't work, use a curling iron. :)

wash your hair then roll it in foam curlers over night. take them out in the morning and run gel through it. super curly hair that basically washes out

I always use rollers i put them in before i go to sleep but before putting them in i use paul mitchells body sculpting mousse and a tiny bit of gel mixed with that i have thin hair but its past my shoulders and it hold the whole day...

nothing will offer good results I would just get a perm with large rods so your hair will be wavy but no tightly curled
