Will any Nexus products help me with my stubborn, dry, brittle hair?

My main problem is when my hair begins to dry if gets very puffy and i don't have any curls. Although i do have color treated hair. I have tried Garnier, Pantiene, Finess. I want to stop trying so many products. I just want smooth, straight, non-frizzy hair easy to manage without extra gel and hairspray.

Go talk to a stylist they will point you in the right direction its hard to say with out seeing and feeling the texture of your hair even thought you tried to be really discriptive i would say try super skinney surum by paul mitchel. that stuff is awsome it turned my friends mixed babys hair super soft, that sold me instnatly!!!! But yeah try that but talk to a stylist on your way in to pick some up about what a good conditionor to use even though paul mitchel has a full line for super skinney, shampoo and conditioner but i never used it so i wont recommend it :P

Your first problem...CHEAP drugstore shampoos.

Think about it...these products are MASS-produced, and cost next to nothing. The companies who manufacture them are liquefying any good product in there in order to cut production costs and make the most money. My advice, try a real salon brand name. If you are on a tight budget...try biolage. It's sold at SOME drugstores (i.e. Target in their salon care section), and salons. If you're looking for really deep hydration that doesn't weigh your hair down, try AVEDA. I've used them for YEARS, and I am very impressed with it. Their new Damage Remedy restructuring line is amazing! No frizz either! (and I have REALLY curly hair...frizz is ALWAYS an issue), or, if you're interested in actually spending some money to attain the look you want, make a trip to a Sephora store. Their assistants there are very helpful , and knowledgeable about their products...and to top it all off, you can take a sample home of ANYTHING that's in the store BEFORE you buy it! Decide for yourself, but those drugstore brands are NOT the answer to the healthy hair you're looking for.

the problem comes from the inside, believe me, and any more chemicals that you put on your poor hair will only make it worse, check out the 1st link for a list of chemicals in beauty care products, the 2nd link is a very interesting article related to this. Also note that parabens (such as methylparaben, ethylparaben, butylparaben) are also very harmful ingredients in your beauty care procuts including shampoos, u can look these up on the net, its a big controversy now. and check out the 3rd link for this wonderful brand i have been using for years.

ive always had genetically bad Jew hair, its curly, stubborn, and dry until i started using natural hair care products.

Also invest in some Omega-3 fish oil capsules and Ester-C vitamin supplements, these 2 work magic for your skin, hair and nails, both for vitality, strength and the fish oil will help with some extra moisturizing from the inside out!

good luck
