I need hair cut HELP!?

Ok so I have curly, thick, poofy, frizzy hair(i always use mousse, gel and hairspray to calm it). My hair comes to about the middle of my back. What kind of hair cut would make my hair thinner and feel awhole lot better and take away frizz and poofyness? PLEASE HELP ME!!!! o by the way right now my hair is angled.

You have the exact same hair i did in highschool. I finally learned how to tame my hair instead of my hair taming me. Go to a store and buy a chemical hair straightner and straigthen it. Or if you don't trust yourself go to a beauty stylist and tell them to do it. They might tell you "Oh! no your hair is sooo pretty curly why?why? Tell them "Look you all don't have my hair so just do it ok? Let them do it and then get yourself a good straight iron gold plated. Get inch by inch of your hair be sure to put a balm in it before you do it. That will lock in your shine. Straighten out and go out and have fun.

Layers will help a lot

I need hair cut HELP!?

Lots of layers. I have thick curly hair with medium to coarse texture. Layers make my hair manageable because there is less hair, makes my hair more curly than frizzy even without product, and give it a nice shape.

Whatever you do, don't let anyone razor your ends. Razoring curly hair can make your hair all flat and lifeless.

a good layer will help dramatically hope this helped from a cosmetologist

Well I've heard that getting layers in curly hair can add volume. So to get the opposite effect, I'd recommend NOT getting any serious layers. Also, you can actually get your hair thinned by the stylist.

DREAD LOCKS!!!

get magic straight. i guarrentee it will last for at least 6 months before you have to do it again. magic straight works on ANY hair and leaves it super silky and shiny and you can run your fingers through it. its kinda like japanese straight hair perming but its better. it probably costs like $120 for your length. i got it 2 times (though my hair is naturally really straight) and my hair turned even softer. =) get it! its worth the money and it will leave your hair EXTREMELY straight and silkyyyyyy. hope it helped and Good Lucké–ł?

Instead of using mousse and gel...try using a curl relaxing cream based product ...work with your curls instead of against them. If you get your hair cut short- it may frizz and puff more...if you do want it short- try getting it chemically relaxed or straightened...

keep the angle and get a lot of layers. and also try herbal essences totally twisted shampoo. it works great for ppl with your hair

i think you should get a perm thats the best choice

i had the same problem get a texturizer you will still have that curly hair and you should mousturize it and your hair would look really good if you cut it to its a little below your shoulders braid in cornrows at night in the mourning take it out and see if you like i do that to my hair and everyine loves it =)

I need hair cut HELP!?

don't get it layered because you won't even be able to tell if you have thick curly hair!

don't try to make it thinner, trust me, people love thick hair and will do anything to have it. volume is GOOD! cut your hair short, right below cheek jaw. that'll make your hair adorable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I need hair cut HELP!?

use ur hair 2 ur advantage. dont fight it, use it!!!!!!!! cut it 2 about shoulder length, and brush it out. not lyk an afro, but just let ur hair out, and pick it with a brush.

well i'm not sure how much a hair cut will help. but you can ask the hair dresser to thin out your hair. but i don't know how much that helps. i'm a guy but my hair is like that if i let it grow out. when its short its straight and looks normal but as soon as it gets any length to it it turns into a mess and i hate it its annoying. but i found out a few things you can do. first off the sunsilk stuff you see on tv actually helps a little bit i tried it and it made my hair less frizzy and stuff and i mean its not going to straighten your hair perfectly but it will help. the shampoo and conditioner and i would wash my hair twice with 2 different kinds i think it was anti-poof and de-frizz. and then i would use the conditioner for curly hair i think. and i noticed it calmed my hair a bit. also when you get out of the shower i don't know if you like doing this or not but your can take a comb or brush and a hair dryer and work your curls and frizz out a bit. alls you have to do is brush or comb your hair and keep the hairdryer on the brush as your brushing through it. it will straighten it out also hairspray doesn't hurt either. hairspray will help keep it that way. they also make detangler to help. and if your hair gets tangled really bad try show sheen its for horses but it won't hurt you and you can find it at any business that deals with farm stuff. like a rule king or maybe even wal*mart i'm not sure. but i understand its made for horses and that sounds a bit weird using it on yourself but just try it and see believe me it will help detangle your hair. and make it look better. show sheen is made for makeing horses hair look sleek and clean and shiny and detangled and all that basically so your horse looks like a show horse. and if your skeptical fine buy it try it out and see what happens if worst comes to worst just wash your hair out but i assure you it will help. good luck.
