Like 2 weeks ago i dyed my hair with hot pink manic panic but it didn't change because i was dumb and i didn't lighten it. can i use lightning gel even though i dyed my hair (dark brown) with manic panic 2 weeks ago?

you can but i would use a powder lightener with 20 volume developer. Make sure your hair doesnt look damaged at all first. If you have regrowth make sure when you first put on the bleach on your hair keep it off your roots at first. Then after your hair is starting to lighen up put it on your roots. for fashion colors your hair does not have to be platnum blond for the colors to show.. so dont worry if its still a little orangeish yellow when you put you color on.
