how can i get it to stay like that without using products that make my hair hard like gel and stuff and also that little frizz that sit s on top of it

Yes, with hair like yours that has natural curl and body to it, you will need to use a flat-iron straightener if you want it to stay flat. I bought one the other day at Target for $36, it is made by Remington and is called a T-Studio. There are some that cost a couple hundred dollars....I wouldn't spend that much, and the one I have has different heat settings, warms up in 30 seconds, and is pretty safe for your hair. I think you could get one that is narrower (like one inch, instead of two inches like mine--I have longer hair) because your hair is medium short, and you would want to get the iron close to your scalp and then pull it so the hair goes between the flat iron plates and straightens it in sections.
